Iwork 10 SD Card does not fit in!

Hello,

i bought a Iwork 10 on Flashsale with Gearbest. Now i tried to put in a SD Card. It is a normal Micro SD card, but it does not fit in the Card holder. It does not click in, if you unterstand what i mean. I put it in, but the card does not stay in the Reader. Do you now that problem?

I bought three Iwork 10 for my family and every single Iwork 10 has that issue… I don’t now what i am doing wrong???
