Iwork10 Flagship endless Boot

Hello, mine iwork10 flagship works great, but yesterday i tried to reseting win10 to the original specifications, bad decision , it freezes at 7% and had error, so i tried to restar it but now in WIN10 it let me choose the operation system but then only appears de blue chinese characters, and restar again, over and over and over again. the Android work great .  I don’t have any recovery flash drive. What can i do? i already go to bios trie to disable quiet boot, i already tried to go to recovery mode pressing F8 nothing, to safe mode F4 nothing. ANYONE?

Mine became useless after I did some Windows updates, it ran into an infinite loop at boot “starting autorecovery” and it couldnt recover anything of course because there was no system image activated, rebooted, and booted again into “auto recovery”. I couldnt get into Windows anymore and I had to re-install it via usb stick. Now it’s working so far and I have no idea what causes the problem in the first place.

the seller says it will sent me some files to install from here http://www.51cube.com/ch/DownList.asp and my iwork10 flagship is there, and will sent me instruction, but is chinese???!!!! nothing that google translate can’t manage it. So i will tried later and see what can i do.
