Jack 3.5 Buzz when using headphones

Hello everyone, i’m a new chuwi tablet user and im in love with this device. I only faced a kind of “issue” in this tablet regarding audio output. The audio playback on the back speaker seems to be good , but when im using headphones a noticeable “buzz” comes from the jack.

I googled for a while but nothing could help me. I’ve understood that this is not related to having a 3 channel jack or a 2 channel one, i tried lots of headphones without any results. This little noise seems to be something regarding os drivers, or at worst electrical contacts.

Does anyone have this problem? I hope you can help me! Thanks

I have the same, i’m using Blue tooth headphone now. Tried all diferent types (jack) headphone’s cheap. expensive. All (jack) headphones had the same buzz noise, sometimes after a while the buzz will drop to almost zero, but will return after a while.

Hi there! This might be the jack problem, you may consult technical support team for the solution. My friend was having the same issue, but after replacing the headphone with the new one such as http://www.soundmagic.us/index.php/product-category/headphones/ and his problem got resolved.
