Jumper Ezbook 2 does not power on.

I recently bought a Ezbook 2 Jumper, which came with Windows 10 installed, running normally. Yesterday I was having to start it via microsd card to test its working with Ubuntu 16.04. I entered Setup and saw the Windows 8.1 or Android option. I selected Android, pressed F4 to save, and the notebook rebooted. He presented a Microsoft error message and, after switching off, he did not turn on any of the status indicator leds, did not restart, apparently dead.
Does anyone have any ideas?
