Jumper Ezbook 2 Z8350 Sleep/Lockscreen Loop

Hi,  I’m using the Ezbook 2 since 1 week now,  and for just 130 euro it seems pretty fine for me,  except for one issue: almost every time I close the lid or it enters suspension,  it wakes up itself to the lockscreen and then tries to suspend for some seconds and then it comes the lockscreen again,  in a loop. This causes overheating,  and with battery it causes battery drain.

I tried to play with the windows preferences,  smart start etc but I still have this problem.

Is there any way to fix this, or does somebody knows how to get in contact with Jumper?
