Jumper Ezbook 3 pro dead? Send back to China/gearbest?

It appears I may have fried the motherboard while trying to use a multivoltage power supply as i forgot mine on a trip. I got it working at store on a 12v 2.5A rca charger, but got back to house and nothing – tried both polarity and nothing. No charge light, no power. Back home now, with the original jumper charger and same result. DOA, no light, no power. Not sure what to do. I read some motherboards may have a fuse on the power jack, does anyone know if its the case on these really compact ultrabooks? 

I have the option of sending to China under warranty GB gave me an RMA number, but cannot remove my windows account as no power and it will cost 70+$ to send surface, over 100 by air (C$)

Any advice appreciated. Not sure is GB will try to make me pay something or if they will replace, can they even get the motherboard and how long that will take…

If you tried both polarity you have killed for sure some components

Just to confirm, but the EZBook Pro 3 surely uses Positive centre polarity, right? (this is normal afaik)
