So the SSD is formatted and Windows 10 already installed on it? I have this drive and had it in my EZBook 3 Pro v3 without this issue, but I just sold it and got the 3 Pro V4.

Very odd the bios don’t detect it, but Windows 10 does. Try booting to a Windows USB install media and see if you can reinstall Windows 10 on the SSD. I take it you installed Windows on another system?

Yes SSD is formatted and Windows on it. The BIOS detects it, but just at the Sata port settings (also i can create a Password at the BIOS for the SSD) and at the boot order section it is not available. But i think the Ezbook tries already to boot from the SSD because because he’s always unable to boot and<!–more–> then i’ll get an error that Windows is broken and needs to be repaired. When i choose the option “Boot an other system”, i can see Windows 10 three times. Two times he shows up windows 10 on the SSD and one time on the eMMC. When I choose Windows 10 on the SSD i get the error again both times and when i choose the eMMC, Windows is starting normally. I will try a reinstall later and hope it will work 🙂

So a reinstall of Windows 10 on the SSD helped and now i can boot the OS from the SSD, but the SSD still isn´t listed at the BIOS boot section and i still have to choose where i want Windows to boot from before start. As others complained here at the Forum, the Sounddrivers were missing, but i fixed it in the BIOS. I hope i can fix the Problem with the multiple Windows because this could be really annoying in the future..
