I have problems with my Jumper EZbook 3 Pro v4.
When I received it, it was perfect! Windows works fine and I could boot from USB.
But I bought a Transcend MTS420 SSD and put it on my laptop.
It has never been recognized by the BIOS. I formatted it on Windows.
I wanted to do an fresh installation from Windows USB but the utility crashed when formatting the SSD.
Since then, I can not boot on a any USB. The screen turns black.
So I cloned the disk (exactly, all partitions) with Easeus To Do Backup on my SSD but it is still not recognized by the BIOS.
When I plug the SSD, the startup is much longer.
Can you help me ? Do you have any idea of the problem?
Thanks for the manual! No, I do not think so. Boot from USB worked before I installed the SSD. I have restored the default settings but it does not change anything 🙁
