jumper ezbook x3 pro main problems

Hello, I just bought an ezbook x3 pro. It’s all fine except for the problems/flaws already mentioned in the reviews.

The main issues i got are:

• strange behaviour of the mouse cursors when using the touchpad in many occasion when i press the left button the arrow jumps on the windows logo on the bottom
• USB-C is not a full spec port, especially it doesnt charge the laptop althought the review made by Chris stated that charging was possible…

It is just my machine that got these problems or are common??
