    Hi.

    I am maybe late with an answer, but:

    Same happened to me with my EZBook 3 Pro. The solution was to remove bottom cover and unplug battery which led to UEFI reset to default.

    I can’t tell for your machine. Hope it helps.

    how long did you left the battery unpluged ? hours or days ?
