The teclast x98 mirek works partially with Chuwi HI8.
If using teclast mirek in chuwi, dont work: wifi, touchscreen and rotation and probably bluetooth. Sound appears to work. And the ROM is fast…
To flash, use :
1. droidboot from HI8
2. esp from HI8
3. efilinux from HI8 ( I dont know if you can use the version of mirek)
4. system, recovery and boot from Mirek
First boot takes a while.
Maybe if someone is able to insert the correct modules from original chuwi rom in mirek rom, the wifi/touch can work.
Or if someone is able to find the chuwi android source code… and the teclast source code… we can create a custom kernel with the correct modules.
