Just got Chuwi Vi8- Android works perfect- Windows is in Chinese- can't read Chi

New tablet is working great. Display, touchscreen, wifi all great. can switch between Android and Windows no problem. Android is in English but Windows is in Chinese so I can’t use it. Can anybody tell me how to switch Windows to English? I think I could do it in Control Panel but can’t even find Control Panel because everything is in Chinese.
