Just received my Chuwi vi10 – But its randomly turning off in windows 8.1

HELP: i just received my device but it keeps randomly turning off in windows!

No warnings, no nothing… just random.. sometimes im just listening to music and it turns off… other time its in sleep but when i press the button to wake up nothing happens.. so i have to press and hold the button to actually turn it on…  Battery still has juice so its not battery running out.

anyone else have this problem?

Sounds like a battery controller or power fault. Try fully discharge it and recharge it over night. If it keeps cutting out get in touch with your seller.

Whenever I run a certain app (Dungeon Hunter 5) it turns off at the same point in the game every time. Weird.

I think it happened to me about 5-7 times during 4 month ownership of this tablet.
