I have this up and running, except that suddenly the system (Android and Windows) has stopped responding to the hardware keyboard (though the on screen touch keyboard and my mouse still work fine). I’m nor aware of having changed any settings. In Windows the keyboard is not listed under Devices, and when I choose Add Device it doesn’t find it. But it is physically there and sitting in its cradle.

Also, HID keyboard device shows up in Device Manager as working properly.

Any ideas how to fix this please? Thank you.

In Device Manager how many keyboard drivers can you see? In my Chuwi Vi10 there are three, the first are the volume and power buttons that always are connected to the device. The second is the touchscreen recognized as keyboard that is also always recognized by the system. And the last one is the keyboard case that disappears when I remove the case. Another question, your mouse is connected by USB or is the touchpad in the case?
