KNote 2-in-1 parts

Hi all,

Unfortunately Banggood who sold me a KNote 2-in-1 screwed me a bit.  It arrived damaged and non functional and I was offered a tiny portion of what I paid as a refund unless I wanted to lose more money by putting up a shipping fee and praying for it to arrive in China some years later.

Anyway, is there anywhere to get parts for these at all like a display assembly? I would hate for it to be a useless brick.
