Knote 5 Battery Replacement

Hi everyone,

My device is currently having very bad battery life which only less than an hour screen on time and charging time is only less than 10 minutes using both stock charger or power delivery charger. I suspect that this might be the battery issue, so currently I’m looking for the battery replacement. Already searched Aliexpress and no result at all. Does someone have recommended marketplace that provide the tablet battery?

Open the tablet. Note the battery model type. Choose the battery in the aliexpress (may have alternative capacity). Replacement is easy. Good luck.

I did open my tablet (almost break the pogo connector) & found the battery type is NV-3164148-2S 4000 mAh 30.8 Wh. But I still didn’t find battery replacement anywhere, even on aliexpress.

7.6v is rare. I think you should measure the dimension of the battery, the type of connector. Find out the battery factory such as http://www.honcell.com/products/plist/id/33.html. Please show the picture of the battery.

7.4v 2s  >= 4000 mah li-po battery is more likely.

It’s really 4000 mAh 30.4Wh 7.6 V one. I can read Chinese too, so expect i’m surrender, though i’m still trying to warranty claim

If your battery is the same size and same connector. This product may be cheaper.

$60 (+ $11 usd shipping to my country) might be too much for battery, also for the second link you send, the seller doesn’t send to my country and I doubt if the battery cell size fitted my tablet. Bookmarked the first link and thank you very much for your help. Might be buy it early next year with hope the price (and currency) will go down
