    HELP !
    I bought a tablet from a chinese dealer. Went through the steps found in the internet to change the language to english. It does not work.

    I get a message “The language cannot be changed in this version of Windows”. I have never seen this before. It is a Telcast X98 Air 3G and has dual boot on it with 64G. Can anyone tell me how to change this to english?

    Thanks for any help on this.
