Language pack installation failure on my Hibook

I got two Chuwi HiBook. On the first tablet it worked flawlessly with windows update to get my language pack, but not so much for the second tablet .

I tried to install my language pack via control panel => language.
It says language pack is available for download, but once I click the icon the progress indicator show it is being downloaded but then resets back to “language pack available”.

I tried to do the manual installation but the system shows this message (the language cannot be installed on this computer).

Anything else I can try?

You could try to fully update Windows 10, the version shipped with it was quite buggy, at least with mine. You could also reflash the full Windows ROM uploaded here.

Windows on my hibook is also buggy, can’t change the language from english to french.

How can I install a clean version of Windows without damage for Android ?

I finally got it to worked (took heck of a time), I tried update it with wireless connection, and this time it worked, before I tried with the cable.
