Lapbook 12.3" does battery no callibrate, show 0%

Dear Friends here

My chuwi show 0% of charge and 3 hour 32 minutes until fully charged; however, the laptop take charge because work very well in battery mode.

The windows 10 y BIOS was updated and the laptop work ok, but with this 0% I never know when it go to shutdown. I have made the precedure to calibrate de battery (full charge, disconnect to shutdown, recharge again) but the 0% is there. Attachet are two pictures: charger connected and not connected.

Is it a driver missing? Did you take a look in “device manager”?

Sure, the drivers are there, see photo. I can leave the charger connected for many hours but the battery charge percentage does not increase. With the laptop turned off, I disconnect the battery, reconnect it again and the charging percentage increases to 77%. I did another test, I charged the battery using the original charger and its voltage was 8.65 volts, I disconnected the battery and manually unloaded it with a resistance of 20 ohms to have a current of 400 ma and the battery lasted 9 hours until reaching its nominal voltage of 7.6 volts. I think the battery is fine, but I do not know why the load indicator in Windows is crazy and I turn off the laptop.
