Lapbook Pro screen issues

Hello

Bought a Lapbook Pro recently and there is a fault with the bottom half of screen, I’ll attach some photos to demonstrate but it looks like a hardware issue as I can’t seem to get rid of it.

Laptop hadn’t been dropped or had any sort of force put on it as it still hasn’t left my house, just sat on a desk so I can’t think what has caused it.

Anyone know what to do? I ordered it from the Chuwi Alixperess store so anyone got experience of claiming warranty or something?

Anyone able to offer any advice? Chuwi customer service are telling me to ship it back to China at my cost which is ridiculous! Extremely frustrating.

You should go to the repair shop, they can better find out if your computer is a screen problem or a hardware problem.
