Laptop charger for teclast F5

I have taken into account the same as you, I am from Mexico but I have seen in Amazon that smartphone chargers with QC 3.0 only give 18W.
I saw others with PD that reach 45W and have seen that they charge smartphones, 360 tablets and laptops.
Exactly the “Ugreen charger PD 45W”

I hope someone confirms if it would be useful.
