Left pogo pin of the keyboard dock jumped away

Hi,

I just baught the Teclast X16 and his keyboard dock, but unfortunally (and I doesn’t know how), he jumped and escaped. I kept the spring, but lost the top part of the pin. So do you have a solution ?

I ordered it on GeekBuying, and hope they will respond positively. I have to use aluminium so use the keyboard (by making a fix pin using it). The only left part is the bottom joined part.

I’m globally satisfied with this tablet (excluding poor screen color, and vision dim, poor sound in Android, and this problem). I love the folding holder and the touchpad with the keyboard (not amazing, but at this price…).

ok well, anyway if you want to repair it, i only see one way, that is  to use carefully tin wire with a soldering iron to recreate te pin. Also the side pins are bigger and higher than the middle ones, which could make this operation tricky. hopefully they will replace it though.

Effectively, I’m using aluminium paper for now by recreating the pin. But prefer everything functionnal. The pins are not of the same height, so it’s probably the reason of the problem.
