Linux Mint on Chuwi Surbook Mini…touchscreen doesn't work

I am not very technically oriented. I have a Chuwi Surbook Mini and I loaded Linux Mint on it and it works somewhat, but the touchscreen and sometimes the touchpad don’t work. Is there a solution? Should I ask Chuwi if there are “drivers” available or look somewhere else? Thanks very much for any help. George

Hi did you miss my review or unboxing I pointed that out? No touch screen with Linux. Sorry, no idea on the fix!
