locked out of windows 10 table!!!!

So I wanted to take all my user unfi from Windows 10 because I might be selling the Hi8 now that I saw that a Hi10 is coming. So I go in settings, do what I’m suppose to clean it, click OK, the tablet goes and re-installs Windos 10! I can’t stop it, so I let it run it’s course. After a while, I get the log in page, I try to put my password, it’s not letting me. It’s,like if I touch where I’m suppose to write my password, it thinks I’m touching the go button and it just freezes. I am so frustrated!!!! Can anyone help me?

sounds like you should just reflash it.

Actually I brought it to my techy neighbor and he was able to fix it.

So the tablet works fine now except for an issue, I no longer have the Android switch option on Windows. I have to shut it off, start it up, then click volume down, then I get the option to switch to Windows. Does anyone know how to get that feature back on Windows 10?
