    Im looking for 8″ windows tablet.

    It may have windows 8.1 but it should be upgradeable to windows 10 without error(also i prefer clean w10 install with usb)

    I can spend max 110$ but if i can find a tablet below 82$(75€) i wont pay %20 custom fee
