Hi guys, PrimeMinister from Australia here,

I’m on the hunt for a tablet with a decent battery life. Most of the cheaper tablets I’ve owned from Teclast, Ainol and Chuvi have given me pretty poor battery life and it’s getting pretty difficult to find a tablet that can last more than 6 hours of constant usage just browsing the web or reading PDF files.

    What I’m ideally after is

    • Battery size 8000mah or more, bigger the better
    • Screen size starting from 10 inches to 12
    • Must be tablet form factor, not a 360 folding hinge laptop. Detachables are cool.
    • I would prefer it if it ran pure Android 6.0 or later, and the storage space dedicated for it as such. It’d be cool if it ran Remix OS, but what I’m not after is a Windows/Android Frankenstein that has terrible power optimization for both. It feels like a jack of all trades but master of none.
    • Chipset preferably faster than my old Silvermont Atom. It should be fast enough to play some games on, but I’m not a big gamer. I mostly use the tab for viewing documents and showing off fly-by animations to my clients, and when I’m on the train home I use it to watch stuff in 1080p.

Given the rather strict set of requirements, are there any current tablets that fit the bill? The Cube Remix 11.6 sounds and looks awesome but it’s already outdated by 2 years. Isn’t there anything to fill the void it left? Help me please.

Chuwi Hi12? That has a 11,000 battery that can go for almost 9-10 hours. But its Z8350 and dual os. But I think it’s possible to edit the partition table file and reflash the Rom to use all of the drive. (Wipe out Windows)

The ROM is also dated, Android 5.1
