Hi All,
I’m looking for a budget Chinese tablet similar to Surface Pro design but not the same level of power given price difference, i.e. approx 12 inch, kickstand, type cover and good stylus support. Dual OS preferred.
I’ve looked at the major brands such as Cube, Chuwi and Teclast but can’t find anything right.
Chuwi Hi12 doesn’t have the kickstand or type cover and Cube iwork12 doesn’t have stylus support. Teclast 16s has all but the reviews are not great. Teclast 12s form factor looks good but appears to not match 16s for pressure sensitive stylus support.
Am I missing any brands or models with all of the criteria?

Hello, cube i35 may be?
March 30, 2017 at 7:36 pm #64275Cube Mix plus. Ok, it’s only 10.6″ and no DualBoot (but then there are Android-Emulators)
April 1, 2017 at 11:18 am #64382You got it here: https://techtablets.com/2017/03/cube-iwork3x-apollo-lake-tablet-with-12-3-surface-pro-4-screen/
This has the Surface Pro 4 screen, kickstand and type cover keyboard dock. Can’t get much better than that.
If not check the i9: https://techtablets.com/cube-i9/

iWork3x is pretty close but not dual boot and stylus support not clear. If it has stylus support, would be really good. I could live with an android emulator probably.
April 13, 2017 at 4:35 pm #65239An update on this.
I got sick of waiting and ended up ordering the Hi12. Doesn’t have the kickstand or type cover keyboard but otherwise it seems to get the best reviews for dual OS cheap tablet.
It is working well so far except for the stylus, which isn’t as good as expected and doesn’t seem to match the accuracy in Chris’s tech tablet videos. I found some references to a touch driver update that might improve this issue. It also appears that I have a new touch panel in the 2017 HI12 model – need to investigate some more.
