Seems like you can find the answer here http://bbs.teclast.com/thread-777063-1-1.html
December 12, 2016 at 5:15 pm #58464Thanks!
Haven’t quite find a download link yet, but working on it with Google translate.
December 12, 2016 at 7:20 pm #58477Is the X80 power any good? Didn’t Chris say it had screen flickering issues, bad battery life and thermal throttling?

December 16, 2016 at 7:28 am #58764So can anyone upload the rom and instruction?
Any help would be appreciated.

December 16, 2016 at 11:52 am #58779Got it. I’ll upload it and share it tomorrow.
December 17, 2016 at 8:54 am #58823Rather than upload it I’ll post the instructions I followed. It’s likely to change over time so better to get it from the source.
Start by installing Baidu on either your pc or android. Create an account. You need to log into Baidu without using chapta as it contains pint in characters. You can do this through the app or by using a different log in page on your browser. Google will find it for you.
Go to the link in the second post. This contains the links to the different ROMs.
Copy and paste the url. In the new forum, you need to post something in order to see the link. The link downloads a txt file which contains the Baidu link.
In Baidu you need to give the original poster some points to get the file. Don’t worry you get enough from creating an account. The file will be added to your Baidu account.
Download the file using the pc app or the android app. Don’t try to do it using the web interface, it always times out before finishing.
Install the file using the Intel flash tools. There are plenty of instructions for this on the forum.
FYI I replaced the gpt file to remove windows which caused an error message but no actual problems. If you get an error message try booting anyway.
December 17, 2016 at 10:16 pm #58848@Mark, thanks for the instructions.
It still seems a bit more complicated. But I will try it later when I have free time.
Anyway, comparing to the original android, is it worth the effort to put remix os into this tablet?
February 12, 2017 at 9:08 pm #62107Hello! Can anyone please post download link to http://bbs.teclast.com/thread-777063-1-1.html the Remix OS 2 (B2N4) version on mediafire or such file hoster. I can’t seem to follow the instructions given by Mark.
February 19, 2017 at 2:42 am #62436I just flash remix 2.0 on my x80 pro E3E8 version, seems very fine, but one of my favorite game bowling game is not very responsible.
Others seems smooth and working.
