Just bought a hi10 plus a few days back and have been using it occasionally. I have to say i’m loving it so far. Aside from downloading windows updates or updating my games on it then it takes forever. Probably will try to use an external ethernet port which worked with my Asus T100TA. But aside from that i wanted to ask about 2 issues which i’m kind of hoping someone has the answers to –
1 – wifi occasionally drops out. As in it will start up connected then for some reason drop off. Disabling and enabling the wifi connection doesn’t help and the only way is to restart the unit. Anyone know of a fix for this?
2- google chrome tends to freeze to. As in totally does not respond then goes back to normal. Is this just me?
Currently, i’m doing a Windows Update for it before the big update hits on the 11th. So i’m hoping the browser stutter and occasionally wifi disconnectivity will at least be solved. But still..anyone having the same issues and a work around?

I can tell you that I have similar WiFi drop issues when connecting to a large WiFi network with lots of security, etc. etc. As of now I believe its just hardware related due to the Realtek adapter being used. Not the best kind of adapter to use in all honesty but it gets the job done. Although having Bluetooth on with WiFi provides horrendous network performance.
As for the Google Chrome Freezes, sounds like to many addons maybe?

Thanks for the reply but yeah..been having those issues but after installling “driver booster”, my wifi issues have been pretty stable..as are the bluetooth. Keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way. One thing i noticed is that the drivers in the hi10plus were really outdated so i just updated it.
As for Chrome, i’ll see about the extensions though i haven’t really added alot. But it still does stutter abit..not as badly as before but its still noticeable.
I’m hoping with the new windows update, it’ll improve things abit though there is a fear it would effect Remix OS.
