    That’s a display scaling issue. Right click on desktop -> Display Settings -> Set “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” to 100%

    Unfortunately, that might make elements in other programs too small to use comfortably. Windows and legacy programs are still terrible at handling higher DPI displays.

    You can also try this: Right-click on the program’s icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> “Disable display scaling on high
    DPI settings” and restart the program.
