It can, I had High Sierra on my Cube i7 Stylus, and used it as my backup Macbook until it died a few weeks ago.  Some of the challenges you’ll have with the Mix Plus are going to be the Intel WIFI not being supported, having to patch your DSDT to enable battery status reporting, adding a fake ethernet device for the app store, etc.

You can find compatible USB WIFI adapters on the internet.

If it’s as close to the i7 Stylus as I expect it is, you’ll probably want to use VoodooHDA, and set up a custom pin config for your device for audio (the native patches, and AppleALC kexts will have issues with resuming from sleep), you’ll want to use VoodooI2C for touch and pen input, RehabMan’s ACPI Battery Manager, and NullEthernet.

There are how-tos for all of the above on tony mac etc.

With the i7 Stylus I even had built in WIFI working, but it was a Realtek device not Intel.  The only thing keeping me from replacing the Stylus with a Mix Plus is the Intel WIFI.

Touch and pen here working better then Linux… You have to delete AppleIntelLpssI2C.kext, AppleIntelLpssI2CController.kext and AppleHPM.kext and install voodooi2c + the satellite…

    Yes webcams don’t work…

Really?  Good news. Last time I tried to put macos in the tablet, one year ago, voodooI2C author confirmed it  did not support 7th gen

    Now it changes right?

    This is my initial thread

I would also like to have macOS on a tablet. I love the sleek design and user-friendly interface of macOS, and having it on a tablet takes the user experience to a whole new level. level. Just imagine the convenience of using macOS apps, multitasking and enjoying seamless integration with other Apple devices on a tablet. This is a game changer! I really hope there is a way to make this possible, because that would be amazing!

Hello. It might be tempting to have macOS on a tablet, but I want to point out that macOS is specifically designed for Mac computers, so it seems to me that it’s not possible to officially install macOS on a tablet, but there are alternative ways to install macOS on original hardware.
To take advantage of all the new features, it’s worth Download macOS Sonoma DMG , which is a modified version of macOS specifically designed to run on Apple hardware and even more. Before downloading, read all the necessary recommendations and follow the detailed guides to make sure you understand the process and possible risks. I know there are tablet options now available that offer similar functionality and user experience to macOS.
