    Hi Chris,

Many thanks for your reply, and for the drivers.

Yes , if you could do a macrium image as the same you did for the teclast F5,it will be great and very helpfull.I lost the touchscreen, and I tried so man things to fix it, that I believe to come back to the original one, I have not.

I would appreciate your help with this image.

    Best regards

    Hi Chris,

Many thanks for your help. I’ve already downloaded and install the image. Unfortunatly, the problem of the touchscreen is not fixing.  Sometimes, when I touch the screen , is working bad and make an other action that I wanted.

If you have an Idea about this bug, do not hesitate to share.

    Kind regards

    Marc

Oh that is a shame, It took me some time to get that image done.

Have you removed the screen protector? Sometimes they interfere with the touch digitizer. If the issue is still there then I would think it’s a hardware issue.

I agree with you, I think also now about a hardware issue.

Even gearbest made a small refund, this problem after about 50 days of use ( gearbest exchange till 45 days….),is  sad. For me, this computer is  usefull , but now with the touchscreen down, it cuts 50% of this 2 in 1..

Have a good day, and sorry for this time you took to make this image.

    Many thanks

    Marc

Oh that is a shame, as my X1 is fine. A good little laptop one of the fastest N4100 devices tested. But without the touch screen it’s just a normal laptop then.

Thanks for the controllers. I have to try after a clean installation of windows. Previously the generics gave me very bad autonomy, 2h and thank you.
