I recently purchased a telecast x98 air with a 32gb memory card, I just realised that any file transfered to my memory card suddenly becomes empty I even tried copying files through my laptop still the same issue so I discarded the memory and I got a new 64 GB still the same issue I wiped my tablet hoping it was not virus after doing that still the same issue.. But I can copy things to my internal memory with no issue but when it comes to the external memory card my files disappears please what can I do
