I have a Mi Notebook Air 13.3 “2019. When it is on and I don’t use it for a while, it just suspends (I think, because the screen stays off) and it doesn’t come back, but it lights up the entire keyboard and the processor fan it is connected at a level that you can hear it, but the bluetooth and wifi connections are disabled.
I have already deactivated the sleep setting, I checked it and the Bios option has the “Wake On Keyboard” option active, even so it does not return when pressing any key. For it to return, I need to forcefully turn it off (I press the power button until it turns off and then I press the turn on button normally). This occurs on both Windows and Linux OS.
Has anyone had this problem? Should it be a hardware or BIOS problem?
