Mi Notebook Pro secundary SSD 4x or 2x

I know that the primary ssd was fixed and now works at x4 PCI. If I put a second NVME SSD, it will work at x4 too, or only x2? PCI x2 is faster than sata SSD?

Just x 2 on the second slot. I ended up using a 275GB SATA3 there. No point really in using a super good (960 pro/evo NVMe)

There is some ssd, like this (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/KingSpec-M-2-pcie-ssd-128GB-256GB-512GB-PCIE-SSD-M-2-PCIe-NVMe-Internal-SSD/32848244315.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.7432b90azZRRf2), that have a lower speed. Is it a good choice for the PCI x2?
