    Since the Mi Pad 2 has no SD card slot, is it safe to disable the Intel SD Host Controller and SD Storage Class Controller in Device Manager? I’m not sure if that is really for external SD storage or something else

    I would just leave it, any reason to disable it?

    Just experimenting if it will  have even minimal performance boost in startup time and/or overall performance.
