As above I have just updated windows and the wifi driver has stopped working

There is also a thread on the miui forums about this but no fix as yet

If you find a fix please post!

Hi this method didn’t work for me. In the list of drivers on my pc, there is only one, and it’s said it’s the best driver. Has anyone another method ? Thank you

    Hi:

I have same problem and fixed it, the procedure  is similar to says for Michael, you will be need an USB type C:

    1. First you will be download drivers: https://techtablets.com/xiaomi-mi-pad-2/downloads/    (Windows Files) on your USB Type C.
    2. Open the device manager.
    3. Choose update driver (Broadcom 802.11 ac Wireless PCIE Full Dongle Adapter)
    4. Choose “Browse my computer for driver software”
    5. Choose “Let my pick from a list available…”
    6. Choose “Have disk”
    7. Choose “Browse” and correct path for your USB Type C.
    8. Choose “Install” –> “Open” –> “OK”; and
    9. Choose “Next” botton

    Regards.

I downloaded the windows drivers for the MiPad2 but I cannot seem to download them onto the MiPad itself and the tablet doesn’t seem to be able to connect to the computer. The computer sees it, but doesn’t recognise it at all……?

Another bungling Microsoft update which blew mi pad 2 wifi off. They are a bad customer service company!

Also why does Xiaomi not have drivers made available? Poor support.
