Mi6 has usbc compatibility problems?

Hi, it seems it doesn’t like the slight short plugs on some of my cables. My higher quality tronsmart type-c cable works with it fine. So depends on the cable, the cheap ones it only allows data. I think it might also just be my unit. In the end a non-issue so was not mentioned in the review.
