Microphone quite low

Hi!

I recieved my Teclast Tbook 11 in December and it works perfect. I mainly use Windows 10, everything goes fine but since half January my microphone volume is quite low. I’ve reinstalled drivers, updated them (now they don’t have chinese characters in their names), tried to install some audio software (Realtek) but nothing seems to work.  I even attached a headset with a microphone which works in other computers and the volume still low.

Could somebody help me?

Hi, I bought Teclast Tbook 11 but I’ve found two problems:
The upper part of the display (opposite to the windows logo) is not sensitive to touch, but it works only with mouse.
But the greatest issue is that the integrated microphone does not works… I have to delete and than to reinstall audio driver and in that moment works, but as I reboot,  microphone has disappeared and it necessary to repeat all this long procedure…It’s frustrating and I think it’s a serius problem (no skype, no Cortana, etc…)
