microSD not detected

Hi,

 

whwn I received the i9  3 weeks ago the 128Gb uSD was detected No problem.

Aftef a week, the card reader doesnot detect the card anymore. the card is ok and it works when placed i  an usb adaptor.

 

I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall host SD drivers through microsoft. That did not solve my problem.

I think the problem is related twith an OS  update.

Any ideas to fix the problem?

can anyone without SD problems post a snapshot of the device manager with details of the original drivers?

Have you tried a different card with a different file system?

The card is ok. It works on the i9 via a USB to microSD ok.

No card is detected though the reader seems to be ok at the device manager.

 

I have tried removing the driver and allowing windows to download the driver. But still KO.

No idea on how to proceed. The important point here is that it worked when I received it. Since then I have not installed any SW. Only automatic windows updates.

 

That is why I think donething is wrong with the driver after a windows update.

same thing happened to me, after I updated FW, microSD doesn’t recognize anymore, any help pls
