    Hi there,

    I want to buy a Mini PC for:

    -Kodi
    -Emulation (up to N64/PSX)
    -Indie Games
    -Netflix
    -Stepmania
    -Ultrastar Deluxe

    I want to spent max 150€ preferably less. It should run Windows because of Stepmania.

    What would be nice:
    -Good Design
    -IR Remote Support
    -4 K
    -Boot with remote
    -DVBS (also with dongle would be okay)

    Which devices would you suggest
