Can you connect your tablet to another PC or notebook?
August 5, 2015 at 10:01 pm #8706Power the tablet off and try again enter Dnx mode with the cable not connected at first. Then give it another go.

August 6, 2015 at 7:01 am #8745Hi,

Sorry for a noobish q, but when it comes to Teclast tablets, I am a noob:
If I use the MFG tool to flash this, no matter what xml file I choose (I guess one ), the Windows part is kept intact, right? I just ordered the X98 3G 64GB, and I’m sure I can’t keep from updating to Lollipop right away.
I guess the keep_userdata XML wont wipe what apps I may have installed (in Android) myself, while the wipe_userdata XML basically make the Android side of things “brand new” again – but in both cases leave the Windows stuff as is?

Absolutely correct
August 8, 2015 at 6:43 am #9023Hello,
I’m fairly new to this and was able to load the rom. My keyboard still has chinese symbols on it and when I go to the keyboard setting I cannot remove the option. It’s not a big deal, but is there anyway to remove those?
Thanks!
August 8, 2015 at 7:43 am #9029First change language to english and add gpoglw keyboard from store. Worked for me. No more chinese stuff here.
August 8, 2015 at 4:19 pm #9062Excellent thanks! Worked like a charm.
August 8, 2015 at 4:35 pm #9064That new 5.0 ROM brings the “Boot to Windows” button. Is there the same thing for windows?
August 8, 2015 at 4:36 pm #9065Nice.

August 8, 2015 at 4:58 pm #9073@metalhead-666 You can fix that glass stuck to the screen issue. Use a suction cup on the glass and pull the glass up off the IPS below.
