My Teclast F6 pro arrived a few days ago. I formatted the whole drive and reinstalled the os (Windows 10).

I updated Windows incl. all the drivers. But sometimes when I start the device the mouse and touchscreen are both not working…

Does any of you also have this issue? I then have to restart the device by pressing Alt + F4 and select the restart option.
My keyboard is working fine. Any idea how I can fix this?

This is the only issue I’m facing. The device works great and is very fast.
I will order a 256GB SSD soon, so I have some more storage.

Hope you guys can help me!

Which way did you update the drivers? I wouldn’t trust device manager to update them as well as something like driver booster 5 this is what i did instead i found some device manager driver updates were already outdated or introduced some problems with cpu usage for some reason.

I’m too waiting for a 256gb ssd to arrive not sure how to clone the contents yet but it claims to be 560mbs write and 430mbs read i believe from transcend they have tow different models for some reason the one ending with an s is the newer faster version amazon uk just got stock and fair price compared to other companies like ztc and 3 year warranty, i couldn’t find anything larger than 512gb that is from a reliable brand.

sorry about any spelling or other error for some reason text and background is white today.

I had this happen myself. Then I noticed the quick flash of the “trackpad disabled” symbol on startup. It appears that sometimes the trackpad starts in the disabled state. I pressed the FN+F12 combo and it was all golden. I don’t discount a flaky driver as a possibility as well.
