I am guessing that since you cant see anything and pheonox tool isnt giving you a popup saying “firmware: <name>.bin” that you will likely need to find the firmware and use an SPI programmer to get the screen back, you can do it with either an actual programmer (CH341 is a popular choice) or you can do it with a raspberry pi if you have one, word of advice of you go this route, research every chip till you find the BIOS chip and research the safe voltages for it, most programmers put out 3.3V but sone BIOS chips can only handle 1.6 – 2.2V so 3.3V could potentially harm the chip, Im not trying to scare you, just trying to help.
