Mpman tablet black screen at startup

A friend makes a setting in the tablet bios(he doesn’t remember this setting anymore),on a tablet who have windows 10 as OS and now when he start the table doesn’t apear nothing only a blackscreen (tablet starts).I try to change the firmware ,and I spent a lot of time to find the right on,eventually I find a firmware almost like that who I need it.I flash it on a SD card with Phoenixcard and nothing happened when I put sd card in tablet..only that blackscreen

Processor id:I doesn’t find it when I opened the tablet,but after many searches I supposed to be a A13

What can I do?who give me a good firmware or a solution to solve this probleme?Sorry for bad english

I am guessing that since you cant see anything and pheonox tool isnt giving you a popup saying “firmware: <name>.bin” that you will likely need to find the firmware and use an SPI programmer to get the screen back, you can do it with either an actual programmer (CH341 is a popular choice) or you can do it with a raspberry pi if you have one, word of advice of you go this route, research every chip till you find the BIOS chip and research the safe voltages for it, most programmers put out 3.3V but sone BIOS chips can only handle 1.6 – 2.2V so 3.3V could potentially harm the chip, Im not trying to scare you, just trying to help.
