    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem with my H12, I realized that it doesn’t get charged while its on. It only charges while its shut down.

    Does anyone else has the same problem and could find a solution? If not what do you think it causes to this malfunction?

    I am open to your suggestions and need help to resolve this issue.

    You have to change the charger and/or the cable

    Hi, Use a shorter high-quality cable with a good cable gauge. And use a quick charge 3 charger like the Blitzwolf or Tronsmart Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 that also outputs 5 volts 3A.
