    I would recommend performing a hard reset. Make sure the laptop is fully charged then press and hold the power button for 10 – 15 seconds and release. When you power it back on, hold the power button for around 4 seconds.

    Strange… Try connecting mini hdmi output to tv, if that works than its probably display fault or connection to a display. The cable that goes to a display seems to be prone to a bit of wear with a lot of closing/opening – open the back and check that…

    wow another one…this happened to me also, well a different type of display failure.  Ended up returning to GB and getting a full refund.

    This is a deal breaker for me from buying another Jumper.

    Thats obv Not a Software problem. I guess its the cable to your Display. The cable has a Bad Position and suffer from Opening and closing the notebook. <!–more–>
