    That’s for sure. They can write any program you want, and that program will do absolutely everything you need it to do. Programming is an amazing thing. You can do almost anything you want. So I recommend you to go to people who write programs. You may not even have to order anything, you just have to buy something ready-made. I think it is unlikely that the problems are any new. Now really a lot of ready-made solutions based on many already studied difficulties.
