Try a battery cycle, full discharge and then powered off recharge it overnight. Don’t power it on until it has finished charging. Constant orange led on (Not blinking)

I did this and my reported battery on my second Hi12 went fron 9,800 mAh (according to HWInfo and battery bar) to 11,800 mAh. I can easily get 1 hour for only 10% drain in Windows. And in Android about 7% drain per hour.

Mine too has 6500 mah as battery monitor widget from Android play store says.

Did you managed to raise it up as Chris said?

What app on android or program in Windows should I use to test it?

    Thanks

I think don’t worry about the 6500 in Android, it’s only reporting what Android says and probably read from text file. The true test is it’s drawing around 1000 ma to power screen and CPU and can run around 10 hours = 10,000 mah. Battery bar in Windows gives a better indication, mine shows 9,800 but I usually don’t deep cycle, I charge at 20%.
