My new cube i9 has issues

Hello ; i got a cube i9 from gear best. I conected the charger got a red light but the device wouldnt boot. Was totally Dead. After some time charging the device turned on and worked perfectly. I shutted down tried to turn it in 10 mins later and all it does is vibrate and nothing else! Is this normal?

Try holding the power button a little bit longer, at least 5 seconds.

One press/tap for turning on/off the screen when On.

Press and Hold for Turning the tablet On from shutdown or sleep.

the Vibrate means, nothing happened.

I believe the i9 auto-sleeps if you haven’t changed the Power Options in Control Panel.

Basicly Windows crashed the tablet in a state where i had to hardware reset the tablet to gain control of it again. This happened everytime i rebooted sleep shutdown the tablet. I sorted the issue by installing Ubuntu. No harm for me as i dont use Windows for many years.

Is there a way a can see what model are the webcams in the i9? Ubuntu does not detect them
