my pipo w3f touch screen function is not working after bios update,?

I have the same issue. I updated bios. Since then I have no keyboard and touchscreen function in boot process. After starting Android all is o.k.

Also external keyboard / mouse does NOT work in boot process. So I can’t enter Bios anymore. Is there maybe other way to enter bios?

I have a pipo w3f tablet.

Plug a usb keyboard into the usb 2 port and hit escape on boot will take you to the bios.

i have updated my bios but still no touchscreen function?is there somthing i have to enable for it to work again?

Hi, Navigate to the Pipo W3 download folder here: http://techtablets.com/downloads-drivers-roms/ Pipo – W3. And download the W3 drivers, try the intel GFX driver for the W3 I found that fixed the issue on my W3F running 8.1

Thanks for your answer. but it doesn’t work. Keybord works after booting to OS on both USB Ports. But not in Startup. Do you have any other idea?

I have also tried with original keyboard – no chance… pressing Del, Esc nothing happens in boot sequence.

What happens: I installed Windows 10 (automatic update) this brokens after about 13%.  So it does not stop booting for windows 10 and recovery does not work also. So I thought to install basic images.  Is there another way to flash the tablet – external software? Can I do full reset? Android is still working.

UPDATE… I still have no touch screen in android, before I updated my BIOS i had touch screen function on the first boot screen and in the the BIOS too? also the the boot screen logo was PIPO, now it’s not.

Oh my god! I have same situation in Bios setting & Android/Windows Boot manager & Bios setting after bios updated !

Also, I found the downloaded bios version(2013) is older than the first unbox (2015)

First of all, I just follow the Windows 10 update notification from system, even the update is very very slow but smoothly, but the screen cannot turn on after updated Windows 10 when the screen off at once, hold 20 second to turn off is only one way to open system again ! It suck product is really really make me trouble and unhappy and wasted my time!

Thus, I toke this thing to retailer but they said its not their responsibility so they cannot change the new one to me because I did the update myself !

Now, I re-install to Windows 8.1 but touch screen still is not work and system not stable (Somethings will turn off suddenly)

I really angry and I swear never buy any China cheaper tablets/PC product!

Today I bought the Microsoft Surface 3 instead of Pipo W3F already.
